VIDEO HEADS- Need a screen shot from tonight's "Press Conference"

Does anybody with HDTV or TiVo have a good shot of the earpiece in his Left Ear.

I wouldn't rule out that the picture was flipped, but short of that, or a really really really small earpiece, looks like he was winging it.
