3. Ain't it grand
So many times I've watched the Bruins get ahead only to lose the advantage to Montreal, sometimes in a game and sometimes in the series. It is NOT going to happen this time though - Boston is too strong. And the Habs have a creep named Ribeiro.

Oh crap the freakin flames are up 1 to 0. I hate Calgary. Maybe that's too strong - but it's true.

5. don't ask why but I am feeling good about this year
Of course I have been spoiled this year already, with the PATS winning it all and then the huskies winning both D1 titles my senior year here at UCONN. Who known maybe the B's can pull it off, and then on election day a certain Senator can be elected president and New England can have one hell of a year.

If the Canucks (God forbid) get knocked out, I'll be rooting for the Beaners. And I will definitely be pulling for Kerry.

10. STL lost
which is evil. I just got back from the game.

We dug ourselves a deep hole in the 2nd. We tried to come back in the third, but one of our three goals was disallowed because someone was in the crease. DOH!!!!

Final score: 3-4. SJC now leads series three games to one.:grr::grr::mad::mad:

In slightly better news, I got to give Chris Pronger the high-five when the Blues came out on the ice to warm-up. Sweet, but I probably jinxed my team.:evilfrown:
