Cops face nudity suit
Woman says neighbors could see all after police made raid on her condo

April 13, 2004 - She said she wanted to die.

She stood naked and shivering in the cold water while male firefighters and police officers watched, she told her lawyers months later.

The wind blew open the tarps that were supposed to provide privacy in the parking lot of her condominium complex. Her neighbors could see her.

The officers ordered her to dip a cloth in the water in the child's wading pool they had set up, and to wipe her body with it. They ordered her to bend over to immerse her hair. Twice.

"Plaintiff was crying and shaking, dizzy with fear, anxiety and humiliation," according to a federal lawsuit that the American Civil Liberties Union filed last week against the North Metro Drug Task Force on behalf of 39-year-old Barbara Adriaens.

3. Was she forced, or did she voluntarily comply?
I'm not sure about the specifics about meth busts or anything like that but in court it will probably come down to if the police physically forced her to go through the decontamination process or if she just went along because she thought she had to.

Law enforcement officers are sneaky bastards, they can get away with alot of shit if "voluntarily" help them.

When in doubt never help them, never allow them to search your car, never allow them into your house, unless they have a warrent.
