There was one positive for me about bush's press conference.

I knew if I watched last night I would get pissed off and would not be able to sleep. I had my hubby tape it and I watched it this morning while I worked out. I had my best kick box workout ever as I looked a that face and heard that voice. I may be on to something here.

There's no way I could have gotten a decent night's sleep. I was much better off watching SVU episodes on tape instead.
