3. LOL
There used to be a "Goddess" bra advertised in undie catalogs especially for amply-endowed women...

5. Please do
Every time I see your name I get an unquenchable thirst for the stuff! I wish I was back in Ireland at the pub. The closest thing here is the can with the little ball inside.

6. I'm surprised...
Guinness is pretty easy to find on tap around here. Are you in a rural area?

7. Not even close
I live outside DC but NONE of the places serve Guiness on tap that tastes anything close to the real stuff. Like I said, I think the cans come closest. The best I've had here is at Fado's in Chinatown. Real Guinness is the ultimate in smooth and creamy with a yummy aftertaste. I've heard theories that they use a different kind of gas for pressure in their taps over there. Or maybe its just because its fresher -- no cooling, then warming, then cooling again. Guinness on tap here pales by comparison...unfortunately.

10. Long time ago
Never tried the Guinness there, though. Is it better than Fado? Fado's a pretty cool place if you haven't been there...

15. 7th & G
Caddy corner from the Metro entrance by the Chinese Arch, one or two shops down from the Starbucks. Cool design inside. Watch out for sports crowds from the MCI center. Bono dropped by there after his last concert...

11. Try The Shamrock
on RT 15 in Thurmont, MD...
It's a little far to go, but they serve it properly, at least.

I haven't been to the Brickskellar yet; but from what I've heard of the place, I'd be surprised if they didn't pour a proper pint.

I heard somewhere that the Guinness that's sent to America has a higher alcohol content; but I don't know if that's true or not.

37. In total, a couple of months for everyone to accept it
But I did not go out of my way to publicize it either, it was a busy time for me.
If you let a few people know who make a lot of posts, they will help out, I found.
But, keep the name.... it is too cool to let go.

How many Goddesses of Guinness are there?

34. No!!
I like your name the way it is! It evokes an Irish, pagan type of image. Something mystic and attainable all in one.

Okay ... over-analyzed that one slightly ... might be time for bed :)

I like your name as is ... it's a keeper.

:hi:
