At the charity golf tournament today.

I WON A PALM PILOT!!!!!!!!!

I also won (in the raffle) a golf shirt, Nike & Top Flite golf balls, the Tiger Woods video game (let a co-player claim it), and 2 FREE rounds of golf at the clube we played at (saw that I won but I let it pass as I don't like the course).

OUCH!

THe guy who organized said that I was to "anchor" the team. What is he CRAZY?!??!?

I am suggeesting him for drug testing tomorrow.

The other two guys were pretty bad, one only contributed by almost making some putts. As usual I scrambled me arse off but we couldn't make a birdie anywhere. After a MONSTROUS 3 wood from 270 yards away on a par5 it took us 4 shots to get down from 20 yards.

Sad but we had a good time.

I have not won anything in a golf tournament. My dad on the other hand won over $200 in free alcoholic drinks for making a hole in one in a tournament at his home course.

6. They also gave away 5 preseason tickets to a REDSKINS game
AND a parking pass.

I am no fan of the 'Skins but that would have been sweat.

It was to raise money to send mentally retarded kids to a summer camp so anything was extra.

Granted that was a difficult-looking course, but damn!

My team finished at even 72 one time. We had to burn 3 mulligans on par-saving putts. :eyes:
