okay so who is ILL Nino
I had to work a concert Monday night, 3 groups were playing. The first group is a new group named Dropbox, Ill Nino and Godsmack. I had just parked my dept car when this guy asked me if I could get him a cab, he told me he had to get to a hospital because he was passing a kidney stone (ouch). I ended up taking him because I felt sorry for the guy. I thought he was a roadie or something but he told me he is the drummer for Ill Nino. He did get back in time for their set but I was wondering if anybody ever heard of this group.

1. Ill Nino rules!
They're like a hard rock group. A couple of songs of theirs I really enjoy include "What Comes Around" and "God Save Us." If you like groups like Soil, Disturbed, and even Godsmack, I'm sure you'll enjoy Ill Nino.

2. his name was Dave Chavarri
I later met the other drummer named Danny. He later told me that it was his third kidney stone. I have to admit that I like their music even though I'm 48. I had a chance to chat with Sully and his wife before Godsmack played their set. I couldn't get over that they bring their daughter to those shows

4. no
the show had special pyrotechnic and flame effects. As a fire prevention inspector I was required to station myself just off stage with a fire extinguisher during the show in case of an accidental fire. I introduced myself to Dave when I was driving him to the ER. During sound check Sully's wife asked me if she could stand next to me with her daughter Skyler to watch he man perform. He told me tell him if it was a problem. I told him I had no problem.
