I woke up at midnight CDT...couldn't go back to sleep...
And now, thirty minutes later, I'm getting sleepy again. I think I was hot, but I don't really remember. I was having one of those sleeps where I slept a little, woke up thinking what ever I was dreaming about was in my room. Those are so disturbing. What is wrong with me?

1. here's an idea....
Maybe your mind is still really grooving with the day's thoughts and activities and worries, etc. when you hit the hay. And so you take all that into your dreams with you...

Maybe try 15 minutes of relaxing meditation or doing something that is essentially 'meditative' ... like reading pleasant low brain activity material ... do that before bed.... and I bet you sleep 100 times better.

Maybe....
