When I was in Turkey. Five bucks for a half-hour, eight for an hour. It was wonderful.

My Dad got my Mom a sort of a "spa package" for her b-day one year, massage, manicure, whatnot. No idea how much he paid.

Why did you feel the need to qualify this with "non-sexual"?

My assumption would be that a sexual "massage" would need to be the sort requiring the adjective.

Depending on how I'm doing, once a week to once a month. I have scoliosis and have been seeing a chiro for years but started seeing a massage therapist last year and it has helped me immensely. I pay for several sessions at once which gives me a break on the fee and I don't need to see the chiro so often anymore.

an aromatherapy one with cool Asian sounding music, wind chime sounds, and the scents of lavender and ylang ylang. I felt like limp spaghetti when I walked out of there.....

Plus I got my hair trimmed, a pedicure, and a facial.

18. Yes, in college...
For a while (while in college) I went twice a week to a full-body massage therapist (she had a discounted student rate!). Heaven, and bliss. The only time I felt truly relaxed. She could make me feel like I was floating out of my body. Strangely, last time I went, I wasn't as stressed, so the wonderful relieved feeling wasn't quite so euphoric... OTOH, I also didn't feel like my neck was about to break itself beforehand, so it was an ok trade :D I highly recommend it, if you can find someone trained!!
