I don't do pickles - can't stand them, can't stand their smell and I don't want their nasty pickle juice on my sandwich. You could get relish - at least with that you can use a spoon to scoop it on the sandwich

6. Here's a depressing deli horror story.
I'm one of the few Jews in Colorado Springs, CO. My city is swarmed with Focus on the Family workers and their ilk. Time was you had to drive up to the New York Deli News or Zadie's in Denver for a deli. So someone decided to open a "deli" in my white bread (pun intended) neighborhood. God it's awful. Who ever heard of a deli where rye bread is last on the list? There shouldn't even be a list! It's just rye bread people, there's no choice. So anyway, I go in there one day during the after-church rush (yeah, the after church rush and the 'New York' deli) and I see this Jerry Falwell look-alike eating corned beef on, get this, a hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo. :puke:

I kept staring at him, and I was hoping he'd notice me. If he asked me what I was staring at, I'd have told him "I'm just wondering how you could waste that perfectly good corned beef on a frikkin' hamburger bun with mayo".

That being said, I'd like to order a pastrami (on rye, of course) with mustard (the one that comes in the bottle with the menorah on the lable), with a side order of potato salad and two pickle spears.

Because in an authentic Philly Cheesesteak restaurant you order your fries at a different window. We just make you your cheesesteak

30. I trained WillPitt, GOPisEvil and MaineMary how to order one
we can train you too.

Simple: When ordering you have the choice of 3 different cheeses - American, Provolone or Cheese Whiz. You can also order it with or without Fried Onions.

So to properly order a Philly Cheesesteak you simply say you want "American without" (Cheesesteak with American cheese and no fried onions) or "Provolone With" (that one would have Provolone Cheese and friend onions).

Now when you head down to the second line you can order your drinks and fries. They just want to keep the Cheesesteak line moving because believe me those things get pretty darn long especially after the bars have closed. I've stood in line at 3 in the morning in frigid weather just to get a cheesesteak and believe me this place is opened 24 hours and totally outdoor eating.

It's got to be the cheapest damned peanut butter. Preferably government surplus peanut butter. Stuff with no sweeteners in it at all. None of the name brand stuff.

Awesome.
