DU needs a mascot.

What sort of animal would best represent DU?

My greatgrandpa had an mule he used to use for breeding (some weird genetic explanation, don't ask) --- and the mule's name was "Andrew Jackson".

So, there's this saying that's been passed down in my family -- "Andrew Jackson was an ass." Lol...

So...definitely our mascot should be an ass! or donkey? mule?

In lieu of a picture, maybe we could get an artist's rendition? If A-Schwarzenegger could give a detailed description, maybe one or our DU artists could draw him?

Or is this one of those things that are better left to the imagination? Oscar can be what each of us wants him to be?

My eternal gift to DU. :-)

If he voted, he would vote for hisself.
He would comb the ballot looking for his name.
Also, he would not be part of any club that
would have him, even as mascot. Unless there
was something in it for him. Currently, for those
interested, he is attending a Halliburton seminar
to learn how to be a truck driver in Iraq. I am
hoping that they notice that he is a mixed animal
and not a human being, but at the rate things are
going over there it might not matter to them if
they do notice. He won't say why he wants to go,
but I suspect it is the $1000 a day. He is a
materialist, a fatalist, a mixed animal, a project-
starter, and a mystic, and there's not a thing I can
do about either one.

I'm biased, of course.
