1. That sucks...

In collage, my roommates and I had found a fabulous place, that the guy wasn't sure if he wanted to rent out or sell. We held out for so long, waiting for him to make up his mind, but eventually had to settle for something else, which worked out pretty well.

About 3 weeks after we signed the lease, I got a call from this guy, asking if we were still interested, I had to tell him no, and I never mentioned the call to my other roommates...
