Seriously, a player I know got a beautiful Martin at a garage sale in Nashville for a bit of nothing. He was near broke a the time, but it was a beauty and the price was dirt cheap - songwriter moving back to Oklahoma, selling everything. So Cliche - hell, you could write a song about it.
