Weight Watchers, anyone?
I just joined online last week and I'm really liking it! Lost 2 lbs. so far. The Points Tracker thingie on their web site makes it really convenient to do, and it's surprisingly vegetarian friendly, which is a big positive.

Okay, I'm sounding like the perky WW spokeswoman here...please share your WW experiences here--good or bad! :hi:

1. Is it less expensive to join online?
Is there some sort of database? I might try it if I don't have to attend those insipid meetings.

3. It is a bit less expensive
I think after the initial sign-up fee, the online program monthly fee is about equal to what you'd pay weekly at the meetings. (I'm with you on not being down with the meetings...the online thing suits me much better.)

You can take a "tour" of the online program at their web site.

4. I follow their eating plan
But I don't belong. I've lost 147 pounds in 2 years.

It's easy to follow and it allows you to eat just about anything - in moderation, of course.

Check out http://www.getting2goal.com/index.php for some success stories and a great message board.

Good luck!

5. Cool
The being easy to follow and not having to give up any foods that I like is what sold me on WW.

Thanks for posting that site! And congrats to you on your weight loss...that's great!
