What is the worst website for gathering news?
I just went to MSNBC website to get some information on the interview this morning with, I think, Harvey Fierstein. I haven't been to the site for many months because it is ugly as hell, confusing, and loaded with advertisements.

I found the page about Harvey and his last performance, but couldn't find the link to a transcript of the interview. I know, I probably didn't look hard enough, but that site truly is almost unnavigatable. I chased myself out before blowing a gasket due to having to look at advertisements before they would present the story you were looking for. Click a link to a news item, and presto!, they want to make certain you wouldn't rather look at an ad first.

Ugly.

Any site you know of that is bad that I should avoid?

5. Well, for SOLO news gathering, yes.
Drudge can be a good source, IF! IF! (this is a big, fucking IF) you corroborate the information with other sources.

4. NewsMax
That is the biggest piece of shit I have EVER seen. Makes the National Enquirer look like the Wall Street Journal. The ultimate in neocon Nazi sites. Made for those who cannot read the big words in Ann Coulter books. Here are today's article titles:

Gadhafi Threatens to Bomb 'Evil' West
Hillary: Arab Media Story Is Bogus
Kerry Campaigns With His Butler

Toilet slime is too good a name for this rag. What is frightening: Some people actually read this shit and believe it!!

6. I vote for WorldNetDaily.com, Newsmax second.
I read them to get into the head of my nutty relatives.

7. Because they want to believe it
I envision them sitting on their toilet feeling calm and at peace with themselves because others also like to imagine they are shitting on actual people when they defecate.

Is that over the line?
