Katie Couric... What's Wrong With Your Lipstick This Morning? (Thursday)
Did you apply it while riding in bumper-cars? Maybe while on a Tilt-a-whirl?

It's like you ALMOST wanted to outline your lips in a contrasting color, but went overboard... then forgot what you were doing... then switched colors.

Ya know I love ya, Katie... so I figured you wouldn't mind me criticizing you... as a friend. Here, hon... use a tissue.

Or does the color on the small set in my bedroom need adjusting?

Too many collagen injections--makes it hard to pursue your lips to apply makeup.
