They'll give you terrible gas and gout.

Drink plenty of fluids. At least five gallons a day.
I find Corona useful.

And don't smoke too much.
I only go through four packs of unfiltered Camel's a day.
I'm sure that has contributed to my longevity. :smoke:

And don't forget sex.
I know I have.

I've had gout. I take pills for it. I can't live without homegrown tomatoes!

I haven't forgotten sex yet. I'm only 55, and the dh is only 72. :evilgrin:
