It's not enough that my upstairs neighbors are loud, obnoxious maggots who put their marital problems on display to the whole building. Today, I also have shitloads of noise bleeding up from the basement! Why? Because it's the building manager's wedding anniversary, and they're having a part for him directly below my apartment. The entertainment is a live country band, complete with electric guitar and drums. And the acoustics of a basement are conducive to echo and reverb!

I get exactly one day a week off from work, and I have to spend it putting up with this bullshit? Especially from the building manager, who really ought to know better? I think I'll deduct a day from my next rent check and include a note to the landlord explaining exactly why. :grr::nuke:

Chocolate
Bull Horn (hey, they're making noise why can't you?)
Earplugs
CD player (to be blasted at highest volume - preferably to realllly annoying music)
water balloons (for when they walk outside)
baseball bat (if you're feeling kinda crazy)
