for a trip to florida. i get so irritated that my luggage is the same old black as usual as everybody else's. takes forever at baggage pickup.

accessorize! I'm thinking ribbons and perhaps some animal print ties, double Windsor of course! Make a statement! Be who you are! Put some stuff on your plain black luggage, and no one else would dare to pick it up! Feather boas are surprisingly sturdy, and you could also try fancy hair-bobs on the luggage handles! Yes, yes, yes!

(In my wise motherly voice even if we're about the same age.) Anyone who hasn't gotten past 20 with a little baggage hasn't lived a life. It's called being a human. The trick is to have enough self-awareness to understand what your baggage is and how to grow from it, nor hurt other people because of it.
