Do I need to lighten up?
But I get physically ill at these media/politician joke dinners. I'd be lying if I said I read those books. YUK YUK YUK Where are the WMD? Not under here. YUK YUK YUK Justices have assured Bush will win the next election. YUK YUK YUK Kerry likes waffles YUK YUK YUK

Can't anyone say, not this year. I'm not in a joking mood. This is not time for jokes by people who are all going to stab each other in the back as soon as dinner ends and Bush will continue to slaughter thousands. Do I need to lighten up?x( x(

1. You don't need to lighten up
Your sense of humor isn't dysfunctional, or at least not because of this.

But you do need to understand that this is the way the game is played, there's a good reason for it, and there's no way it's going to change, however unfortunate that might be.
