I might be getting an internship with the AFL-CIO
over the summer. this would be a great addition to my liberal resume. Anyone here ever done an internship with a union?

1. take it, great experience especially in an election year...
my employer is an AFL member and it's cool. The most pleasant thing is being around like-minded people who also disagree. It does hamper efficiency but I'd rather have some bumps in the road getting to a goal then working with mindless sheeple.

You will definitely get a bump in your resume.
