Realizing this may get me flamed - a "Friends" question

I missed the episode from the week before last. If I understand it right, the house Chandler and Monica are about to buy is right next door to one Janice is planning to buy. I have no other details. Can someone tell me how that ended up? Janice is my favorite "Friends" character, by the way.

7. Good one, I couldn't stand Janice and was no fan of

Drescher though she does have one of my favorite funny t.v. moments. On her progrma the Nanny they pretend her sinuses clear and she talks normal for a split second and asks... Oh my God, I wonder how long this will laaassssst?

In case it isn't obvious the Jersey nasal twang returns on the last word. Shot Pepsi out my nose on that one. Hurt like hell but was worth it.

house next door which leads Janice to declare that She and her family will just have to buy the house next door.

Chandler pretends to still love Janice to freak her out and drive her away which works after one last indulgent kiss for Janice which Chandler believes has caused his testicles to rise into his body permanently. Cue: laugh-track

9. Rachel had long one-to-one goodbye chats planned for each friend.

Each friend emerged in tears, as Ross got more and more obsessive about how his would go, whether he could handle it, and so forth. Came to be Ross' turn, and Rachel decides it's time to go home. Ross freaks out, first to the friends, then to Rachel, implying that obviously he didn't mean as much to her. She, of course, said that wasn't the case at all - his was going to be the hardest - and the episode ended with the two of them in a passionate kiss.

Sexy, great bod. GREAT hair. Annoying? Sure. That's half the fun! You just know she'd be amazing in bed. Demanding? Sure! But that's half the fun! But bottom line: she really is the most beautiful woman on the show. I've seen this actress (can't remember her name) on other things where she's not "Janice," (i.e. more normal), and she's hot hot hot.
