I have 36 out of 39: I still get Manitoba and Saskatchewan mixed up (you have 3 shots to find the providence ) and I got that new providence mixed up.

Most Canadians I've met can name all or most of the US states, while most Americans would probably be hard pressed to name more than 3 Canadian provinces or territories... It's a sad fact that we are mostly quite ignorant of the rest of the world. Hell, we have people who graduate high school and can't find the US on a world map :(

on edit: tried Africa and got 137 out of 147. Didn't even know Western Sahara was a country or that Guinea-Bissau wasn't the same place as Guinea :(

37...confused Newfoundland with whatever that other one is (I've always found the maritime provinces hard to tell apart, for some reason) and have never heard of Nunavut. Didn;t that all used to be part of the Northwest Territories? When did you hosers name a big chunk of your country Nunavut, eh?

...did you know that Newfoundland was a Biritsh Crown Colony unitl the late 1940s....and that, as a sweetner to get the Newfies to join Canada, Laborador was carved out of Quebec and attached to Newfoundland.

I bet alot of folks here missed Nunavut..thats a fairly new territory.

missed on Mova Scotia. I really want to visit eastern Canada. We visited Alberta this past summer and were grilled by what seemed to be a 13 year old border guard. We didn't realize we needed our birth certificates. We were just going to Waterton Park for the day so he let us in.
