Poll question: I know some people call in on Fridays ill...

I normally wouldn't, but I have a good reason:

My apartment is a semi-pig-sty and the date I had tonight went rather better than expected (3 hrs long), and I'm seeing him again tomorrow. It's a just in case sort of thing, but we kinda do click; we've a lot in common... (Not that I would do anything on the second date, probably...)

Should I call in ill just so I can neaten up the place? (it wouldn't be a total lie, my neck has been bugging me ever since physical therapy earlier today and it's hard to concentrate. :-( )

1. Cost benefit analysis of calling in "sick"

If it's more likely to cause excess work and grief on the next day I show up to work, then I would probably go to work and just do a half-assed job of covering up the mess.

However, if there are no consequences to calling in sick and I had the hours to use, then I'd use it. :)

mental health is as important as physical health, and if you get a new boy friend, it will certainly improve your mental outlook on life.
