2. Great strip.

The ironic thing is that I was chasing something through a drawer the other day and ran across an old Calvin & Hobbs strip that I cut out many years ago. Seriously, I've hung on to this thing for close to 20 years. Anyway, it's the one where Calvin's excuse for not having his homework is because he died of boredom while doing it. And, as proof, he brought back a yo-yo. It was pretty boring over there, too.

3. I love Calvin and Hobbes

And I agree, a lot of really excellent commentary in them. That one is terrific, and true. One of my faves was the one where Calvin talks about how great school is, except for the teachers, the books, the homework, etc., and ends it with "so in other words, if school were completely different, it'd be great!" :D
