When is the next season of Six Feet Under?????

I'm jonesin here!!!!

WTF Happened to Lisa????

(Inspired by the Todd Rundgren thread - their use of "I Saw The Light" in the scene where Nate sits in Lisa's car was GENIUS. I'll never hear that song the same way again.)

I imagine the Sopranos will wrap up the week before, and the new Six Feet Under season will debut in its place.

Mena Suvari (American Beauty) is joining the cast this season...

As every episode begins with a death, don't you think the first scene of the new season will show us the way Lisa died? I'm jonesin' too...!!! Six Feet Under is simply my fave-rave show!!!!

If I recall correctly, it starts after the Sopranos, which has 3 or 4 episodes left.

It is a great show.

3. I have the first 3 seasons on DVD

was never interested until I rented the first 3 episodes - got addicted. We kept wondering if we missed any? The last episode I saw explained what happened to Lisa.

5. The last episode explained what happened to Lisa?

wha....?

It showed that Lisa was, in fact, dead, but I'm still dyin' to know how she died... I'll be a little disappointed if the first episode of the new season doesn't open with her death scene.

I'm still pissed that Peter Krause didn't win the Emmy for Best Actor. His performance last season was heartwrenching.

7. Yeah Krause really brought a lot of depth to the Nate character

And I don't know a guy out there who couldn't empathize with Nate in some way...we've all *been there.*

That's what I love about that show so much...unlike 99% of the crap out there that is about as realistic as a tampon commercial, this show deals with real people, real issues and the characters behave in a way real characters would.

Thank you thank you thank you!! I had no idea who sung that song, and now I've added it to my Rhapsody!! Wow.

On the same note, if you're also a Sopranos fan... I'll never hear the Kinks "Livin' On A Thin Line" the same way again, since the episode in which Ralphie murdered his stripper-girlfriend. Just heartbreaking... it's amazing how much good music adds to a good scene, isn't it?

ON EDIT: Same goes for "Stuck In The Middle With You," vis-a-vis "Resevoir Dogs." :D
