Best chill hip-hop album?

When you're in the mood for nice, laid-back and well-made beats, or soulful singing that gets you in the mood (for a sandwich), what records do you go for? What nice, chill hip-hop are you into?

I'll start out with a pair of gems.

DJ Shadow - Endtroducing (famous for turning the sampler into an instrument)
Massive Attack - Protection (always good for putting me in the mood... for a sandwich)

Now it's your goddamn turns.

9. I also recommend Gotan Project...

a nice tango and electronic fusion. Very elegant and groovy... everyone has heard their tracks... they are all over the place in ads and TV shows.
