Poll question: Which Simpsons character deserves a spin-off the most?

I recently heard that the Simpsons creators plan to do only one more season and then finish it all with a Simpsons movie. If this is true, which of the many hilarious Simpsons characters deserve a Fraiser type spin-off?

3. Lionel Hutz

I know it wouldn't be the same without P. Hartman doing the voice, but Hutz was the funniest character. It seems like they are trying to have "Gil" fill the gaping hole left by Hutz, but the Hutz character was somehow deeper and just plain funnier.
