Fave trash/midnight movie
I'm Steve, newbie, just joined last night... I was not allowed to post yesterday (not too traumatic), so this is my first "official" post

Hi to everyone --

So my question is what's your fave midnight/freak/trash movie? (the best genre of all)--

2 faves here: Andy Warhol's Flesh for Frankenstein & Showgirls

How bout you?

:hi:

5. Actually, it's when I *found* my life!
After 17 years of ostracism and alienation, I finally found a place where people actually liked me for who I was. For the first time, I began to suspect that maybe I wasn't such a horrible person after all.

I will always be grateful for the RHPS cult, without which I might very well be insane, or even dead, today!

Trust me...this is the weirdest movie ever:

http://www.opuszine.com/movies/review.html?reviewID=199

The Japanese kidnap Allied generals in WWII. One of the allied generals is Abraham Lincoln.

So the allies send a renegade soldier, an escape artist, a drunk old guy, a girl who shoots bazookas, an Elvis impersonator who's a crooked cop, and a pair of homoerotic army guys who were kilts and plate-mail.

On the way the "heros" fight Amazons led by a guy in a Tux, stay in a Scoobie-Doo haunted mansion (where one of them makes out with a dead chick), and fight mexican wrestlers riding on top of pimpmobile Cadillacs with swasticas painted on them.

It's gets a lot weirder than my explanation....it defies explanation.

For some reason I love that movie...I have it on VHS.

27. "Love Has Many Faces"-1965 Lana Turner potboiler
This movie has "beach boys", gigolos, rich middle-aged women looking for romance and Acapulco scenery. It's so bad it's great. With a young Stephanie Powers and Cliff Robertson.
