Help! Need Hillary Clinton quote

Hi all,

I am looking for a quote from Hillary Clinton for a school project.

I remember some time ago (like we are talking months-years) she gave a speech and in it she said "Crimes against humanity can no longer hide behind culture" or something VERY similar to that.

Unfortunately I can't remember exactly when she said it or what speech it was.

I am wondering - does anyone know what the quote was exactly and when/where it was said?

So far, I haven't come up with the quote you're looking for, but you might try different combinations.

There are plenty of online texts of formal remarks made by Senator Clinton, including from her days as first lady. For all I know, there may be a website with quotes from her. I wonder if she's represented among the quotations at Bartleby.com?
