4. Cardplayer.com
It has a really cool software that you can download and play with. It can be play money too. Cardplayer is an online magazine for poker players. Ultimatebet.com works with them I think - they are the ones who would take money for you to play. I would never play for real online because if I did, then I would cheat by getting several of my friends into a room and then use ICQ to find out each other's hands. If I would do that, then so would others.

8. wow never thought of that
Once you get several in a room, you just turn on one person as the sucker and take his money, eh? That is sad.

12. Poker is a pirhana's game indeed.
I also like playing live better anyway. I practice on the play money sites, but playing with real people at Commerce Casino or other local LA card Clubs is truly enjoyable - just don't sit next to me unless you protect your cards well - I might see them!

14. Hey hey!
Poker is a game of skill - in the long run, luck is evenly distributed and yet some people consistently win - therefore it is a skill game.

"Why do you think the same five guys end up at the final table of the World Series of Poker every year? Are they the luckiest five guys in the world?" - answer is no because it was skill that got them there - From the movie, Rounders

Blackjack can be beaten too.

All other forms of gambling are losing bets and should never be attempted.
