I just polished off 32 oz. of water - ask me anything!
Thanks to one of those huge Nalgene bottles. As someone with a general aversion to anything uncarbonated (except milk and tea), this is a major achievement for me.

A body needs at least 64 oz. to maintain proper hydration. I am also a Nalgeniac. I find that if I tell myself to drink at least 2 Nalgenes of water a day (drinking one right now), I am approaching proper daily H20 intake.

Because I can, in fact, I onced drained a 2 quart (64 ounce) with just one break. Im still working on drinking that all at once.

I dont actually swallow it, I pour it right down the pipe, and when I need air I stop the flow with my tounge and breathe.

14. I drank a LOT of water yesterday
but oddly enough didn't have to pee very much.

The day before I had drunk a LOT of alchohol though, without much water. That wasn't a good idea.
