They can't decide if they're VH or VanHagar or VanCherone on this one. Sounds like each of them is playing a different song.

Eddie sounds OK. But the rest of it is....... I don't know...."archaic"?

Any song that contains the lyric "Uhhhhh!!!!" in the first 10 seconds usually doesn't get my vote.

I felt the song was all over the place. There was energy there, yeah, but I felt it was a case of proving that they still HAD energy. Trying too hard, in other words. There was no crucial, classic Eddie riff I could get a bead on, and I honestly wondered, through most of the song, if that was Sammy singing! Who produced this track? Whoever did has, in my opinion, undermined what's best about VH. But maybe that's just the best the guys can muster at this point!

Eddie seems to know how to play guitar again, but he doesn't know what to do with it. Instrumentally, it's like one of those tracks from that horrid abortion of an album they released in 1998. No song structure at all.

The old Van Hagar cheese ballads were absolute SHIT, but at least it was well constructed shit. Think of those as a healthy dose of fiber, and this as watery diahrreah. (probably after drinking too much Cabo Wabo tequila)

Alex? Is he actually hitting the drums? The cowbell is louder. And just like on VDIII, Mikey and his bass weren't even in the room. And Sammy's lyrics (and screeching) - incomprehensible GARBAGE. (But he's a fucking Bush funder anyway, so fuck him)

This is the final nail in the coffin of what was once the greatest rock band in American history :evilfrown:
