3. Judged simply by their sound, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir
isn't so bad, even though their repertoire is mostly schmaltz.

I reserve my disdain for children's choirs in which the children shout instead of sing and are given no training in how to sing in a way that someone besides their uncritically adoring parents could bear to listen to.

8. They ARE good!
They have the classical repertoire down, and then, in the second half of their program, they get down with superb singing and dancing.
