1. They'll Probably Just Use The Language Against Us
"Walk In" You See, We Don't Have To Help You Because You Crawled/Were Carried/Flew/Etc In.

3. I think they've already tried it in Texas, HypnoToad.
Seems like I remember reading about it about a yr or so ago. :(

4. Now. They are already trying to deny ER services to non-citizens.
(A bill offered, and shot down?, which I read about, I'll look for the link. This is a pet point for me, I work in public health).

5. Actually, I think it only applies...
to life threating emergencies and impending births. Otherwise they can send you on your merry way. Even in emergencies and births, once the danger is past, they can fob you off on a hospital the accepts charity cases or state paid cases.
