lost 25 pounds since February
for a total of 57 pounds in the last 18 months; having said that, I think it is great if you don't want to lose weight, too. It think is way overhyped; however, I just didn't physically feel comfortable.

3. Good for you
I lost 70 pounds over a period of two years and have kept them off for over a year now. Exercise and sensible eating with opportunities to splurge now and then.

Off to exercise.

4. well done
I've dropped 12 pounds in 2 months. I still have about 40 to go.

I am with you, as I am in my mid thirties and the extra weight is a lot harder to carry than it was in my twenties.

I think losing weight is really important however, we have a major health crisis in this country and we need to go back to sensible eating habits.

I allow myself to eat whatever I want, but I don't fried foods or empty calories. (chips, candy, potatoes by themselves, etc) I'm never hungry, and if I really want a candy or something, I let myself have it.

We've got to stop being a fast food nation because it is killing us.

6. Wonderful
Think of all the new clothes you will need to buy! I have lost three pounds. Need to lose seven more, to fit nicely in my favorite size clothes.

8. I liked your comment saying it's okay not to want to lose weight--
we should hear more of it.

Very kind and very realistic.
