Does it piss you off when people waste energy?

Fore coming rant, you've been warned.
My neighbors air conditioner is humming away like it's 100 degrees and humid out. It's 75 lovely, dry, and cool air. I'm going to get off here and get out while it's nice, I'll probably get rundown by a gas guzzling sux.

1. YES!

Not long ago, I watched an overweight couple get out of their Cadillac Escalade (which they parked illegally right out front) and enter my office building by pressing the automatic door button for the disabled. Minimal effort, maximum waste.

It also pisses me off when people get on the elevator to ride up ONE floor--especially since there's a big, inviting staircase right by the elevator. Grrr.

2. Yes.

It especially annoys me when some lazy slug parks his/her SUV outside the grocery store, motor running, A/C blasting while someone else goes inside. Recently, I filled up eight one-gallon water bottles at the outside machine while a big ass SUV sat running right outside the grocery store. I finished and drove away and she was still sitting there. Geez, get off your duff and walk inside or at the very least park in an actual space and turn off the motor and wait.

I am the Turner-Outer.
It's what I do all day.
I follow Mrs. trof around.
I try to $ave that way.

I turn the light out in the hall,
The TV in the kitchen.
I'm doing everything I can
To try and save a smidgen.

I gave up on the lectures.
Besides, they made her pout.
So now I just go through the house
And turn the damned thing out.
