(Warning: Offensive language and homophobic remarks.)
"Mr. Chair,
I know this is becoming rather ritualistic for people to do, but I'd say there's a **** good reason to do so this time:
I move to censure Senator Adam Yoshida (R-SC) for the violation AUP violations:
(1) Telling Senator Cody Williams to "**** off, faggot" in response to a statement about conservatives that he disagreed with. (

(2) When told by Justice Charles Breitel that he went "too far", Senator Yoshida responsed with "There are a lot of homosexuals here. Little Cody is the only one I call a faggot, because he's the only one who deserve the name. He's an evil, immoral, man who deserve the most painful death possible." (

(3) In commenting on Senator Cody Williams' criticisms of the South: "Cody's just mad that all real Southerners wouldn't bugger him and that, in general, the South frowns upon his faggotry." (

(4) In commenting on Senator Cody Williams' anti-war views: "And Cody's support for terrorists and mass-muderers is nothing more than a manifestation of his sado-masochistic homosexual tendanncies. He wants to be beaten and sodomized by dirty, unshaven, Middle Eastern men and doesn't understand why America does not accept the same." (

These posts are blatantly insulting and in violation of Section III of the Acceptable Use Policy, which states that:
Members will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local, state, federal, or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, as well as posted images, photos and avatars. The Senate Simulation Board of Directors will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not if necessary.
In addition, they violate Sections II and IV of Chief Administrator Rotunda's Grille Decorum Guidelines (which in spite of their name, are enforceable). Section II states that:
Members will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local, state, federal, or international laws. This includes links in your signature, profile, as well as posted images, photos and avatars. The Senate Simulation Board of Directors will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not if necessary.
and Section IV states that:
Members shall conduct themselves in a manner that would reflect credibility on the Senate Simulation while in the Grille. Furthermore, members will convey respect to all Officers of the United States Senate and Offices of the Senate Simulation while in the Grille."
I hope he doesn't get enough Republicans to save his ass again.
