Who else hates the BuyMusic.com commercials?

In one, Tommy Lee sneaks into what looks like an Apple iTunes photo shoot to smash the guitar. (Oh, I get it! BuyMusic.com destroys iTunes!) Yet, in their other spots, they show people against a white background singing out loud to their MP3 players--which is exactly what the iTunes spots are like. No irony. No punchline. Just plagarism. It's weak, lazy advertising. If I were Steve Jobs, I'd sue the hell out of them.

I've not seen the commercial, but I know Apple's iTunes.com is a fair and decent service. I bet that buymusic.com has big-time restrictions on any music that's downloaded...

2. I don't like the commercials
because if buymusic.com was so great then why does it have to rip off the iTunes ad? Let it stand on it's own instead of confusing people.

iTunes is OK but I do wish they had more alternative stuff like XTC and such.
