The 60+ Club:
Anyone else a part of the 60+ hour work-week club? I'd head out and enjoy my one night of the week, however I am too tired...

2. Well, I'm not
In fact, I'm underemployed. Want to strike a deal on those extra 20 or so hours?

Seriously, I have been in your shoes when I was much younger. The whole "to tired to go out" when you're 26 is no fun. But 60 hours a week at my present age would be brutal.

Tell ya what. Let me buy you a drink.

4. Wellllll... Yes and No...

I work from around noon to 11:30 AM Tuesday through Saturday and then from maybe 1:00 to 10:00 on Sundays and Mondays... but it's not all *work*... it's just being *available*

Which is *great* because it means I can come on here, I can spend time doing non work related stuff... and I never ever get in trouble for it because all that's really required is that I'm on call.

What's even better is that I can shift my hours around as much as I like. Take a day, two days, a week off (of course that's with NO pay!).

Of course on days like today, I make.... five bucks! Yesterday I made eighty bucks. It tends to even out.

So yeah, I work well over sixty hours a week... and well under, also. :D When I was working 9 to 5, I put in solid 40 - 50 hour work weeks steady and hard. Retirement is great!
