I'm baking split chicken breasts and eye of round roast.
The eye of round roast was on sale for 2.99 a lb. at HEB. This way I won't have to cook for a few days because of leftovers. What are you making to eat today ?

I got 7 of them in a family pack for 3.87. They were dated to sell by 6-14. I get HEB all the time on reduced for quick sale items. I work midnights and go over there as soon as I get home at 7:50 am every morning. That is just about the time they put their reduced for quick sales items out. I won't buy the reduced for quick sale shrimp and catfish though, too chancy. Sometimes I can even get packages of 2 filet mignon's for 1.99 ! I buy all of them when I see that.
