They're another 80's band that talks about todaays problems.

Do you think they'd have a chance at a return??

2. They never really broke up.
They still play shows all the time, just not in a touring sort of way. They play certain festivals, among other things. I have a recording of them playing on a flatbed truck in front of San Francisco's City Hall in October of 2002. Their primary focus now is Mutato Muzika, their company for music for TV, etc. Why do you think we've heard so much Devo in commercials? Because they make them!

6. Devo never left............
If you mean, "do you wish they'd tour again?", my answer would be an enthusiastic hell yes! Outside my cadre of friends, most folks think I'm silly for my love of DEVO.

7. That's because all they know is "Whip It".
It's tough being a Devo fan amongst such uneducated people. :)

14. Piffle...........
Mark Mothersbaugh has been doing cartoon music for a long time. Its kinda like saying Oingo Boingo sucks because Danny Elfman has scored movies. Work is work, my friend.
