A rare picture....ALL of poppy's kids in one shot.
Even Marvin!

Former U.S. President George Bush's children (L-R) Doro Koch, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Marvin Bush, U.S. President George W. Bush, and Neil Bush share memories of their father during an 80th birthday party for the former president at MinuteMaid Park in downtown Houston, Texas, June 12, 2004. Proceeds for the two-day celebration will be used to fund the Bush Presidential Library Foundation. (Jeff Mitchell/Reuters)

5. Yeah, Dorothy Bush-Koch
Not nearly as loathesome as her brothers.

There was also a sister, Pauline Robin Bush, whom Dubya used to dote on when he was a kid. Robin died before the first grade.

9. 4 boys named "Bush" & a girl named "Koch". That's so perverted!
Ah, or is it perverted like a fox? Perhaps they're subtly plotting to appeal to the cross gender vote.

6. Are we talking a separate #41 and #43 library...or, one combined?
You could probably house all of their papers in a 'single-wide' mobile home in Houston.

18. All Presidents have libraries now... there was some such silly
act of Congress in the 60's which authorized them.... probably to wrestle papers out of the public's use for a few more years while the old farts live on. I don't remember the specifics anymore, it pales in comparison with outrages since then.

14. Oh, the ususal, working with the Saudis
Marvin Bush was described in 2000 by ABCNews as a "venture capitalist in Alexandria, VA. ... Marvin pitched in on his father’s campaigns and his doing his part to help George W. raise cash. He and wife Margaret have two children, Marshall and Walker.

The security company, formerly named Securacom and now named Stratesec. The company had a 'completion contract' to handle some of the security at the World Trade Center 'up to the day the buildings fell down.'

Marvin P. Bush, the president's youngest brother, was a director at Stratesec from 1993 to fiscal year 2000. But the White House has not publicly disclosed Bush connections in any of its responses to 9/11, nor has it mentioned that another Bush-linked business had done security work for the facilities attacked.

Marvin Bush joined Securacom when it was capitalized by the Kuwait-American Corporation, a private investment firm in D.C. that was the security company's major investor, sometimes holding a controlling interest. Marvin Bush has not responded to telephone calls and e-mails for comment.

KuwAm has been linked to the Bush family financially since the Gulf War. One of its principals and a member of the Kuwaiti royal family, served on the board of Stratesec.

the WTC until 9/11 and at the same time he was on the board of directors of one of the insurance companies THAT INSURED THE BUILDINGS?

Is this bizzare to anyone else?

12. Nah, that's an optical illusion from using a telephoto lens
Coz of perspective, you expect him to look bigger than them. But this photo was clearly shot with a telephoto lens, which means that the realtive distance between them, starting from the camera's actual POV, is far less that it looks it oughta be. I think this is called "telescoping" because of the way it collapses distances between fixed objects like an old mariner's telescope.

The dumbass is actually pretty tall, a six footer plus, just like every president since television arrived. He's shorter than Jeb, but then, that's probably why they wanted Jeb to be the one to be president.

13. He looks old.
My father is tall, but he is 78, and starting to shrink in on himself. Bush looks almost like older people who do that as they age.

The picture itself is odd. It looks almost like he was photoshopped and imported into the picture. He does not look as large or hearty as the others.

Is this pic for real, or is the press just starting to find the most unflattering shots of him possible? They did that to Nixon towards the end.
