Any salon premium subscribers?
So I just subscribed and it won't keep me logged in, so basically I can't read anything. When I go to login, it says I'm logged in but it only gives me the truncated article. I've even reset my security and privacy settings and listed salon as a site to accept cookies from (using IE, btw). Anyone else have this problem? The help is, of course, no help and CS takes up to 2 days. Any other subscribers or web gurus have any other ideas?

Oh and Netscape doesn't seem to be an option either, it won't even log me in. :argh:

works in both IE and Netscape. I'm here using IE and I just entered my username and password and got right in.

2. Did you refresh the screen?
Once logged on and upon returning to the page you had wanted to see, you need to do a refresh, or your cache calls up your "pre-subscription" rights to the page...

3. Go to
IE tools>Internet options>privacy>edit. Check the blocked list to see if Salon was inadvertently blocked. This happened to me on a couple of other sites,

they've gone badly downhill in the past couple of years. They hired Andrew Sullivan, for example.
