1. Stuck in the 40s myself.
I would have went to the top of the Sears Tower, but that's $10.50 a pop.

4. We have a friend who won't go up on our
third floor rooftop deck. She's also afraid of birds. She's very easy to torture.

5. Wow. You know what you should do?
Have her watch the movie "Birds", then make her go out on your deck while their are tons of birds out there. :P

6. I torture the hell out of the poor woman.
Lots of pigeons and tall buildings in Chicago. It's easy. She was sick when I told her my wife's surprise birthday party was in the Signature Room of the John Hancock building (95th floor, windows all around).

9. OMG that sounds beautiful
Like something out of a dream. In fact I think I saw a picture of that room in a National Geo on skyscrapers one of my very favorite issues!

I want to fly a plane or a helicopter someday. I also want to go to the very, very highest buildings' top floors. And the tallest mountaintops. I love the rush, the beauty, the heavenly feeling. . . :loveya:

10. One of the best experiences of my life was
flying in a clear-bottomed helicopter (at least the passenger seat was clear-bottomed) in Kauai. Gorgeous!!!!! I'm with you about the heavenly feeling.

I had some ex-Navy copter pilot who wore too much cologne. Beats my dad's copter experiences, which involved flying around in them in Vietnam :scared:
