You might end up on this site. Reminds me of a note, found at work.
all it said was "Thomas, I tested positive for herpes" Thomas was a guy in the tech department that was cheating on his wife with this little redhead in account services. Needless to say that romance ended quickly.

Saw it, we laughed our asses off. He did not talk to us for a couple of days. but serves him right we told him to stop fooling around with her. This girl was the call center fling.
