Almost 2 weeks w/o smoking...I've done marvelously this time until like the past 2 days. Now I've got the *bugs crawling all over me* crap going on. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to give into temptation...but all the deep-breathing and focusing and all that rubbish I'm doing is NOT WORKING at the mo'. Especially the deep breathing, which is supposed to make you feel all good cos your lungs are healing and all clean and everything... but my lungs are just all "OI!! Wtf is this clean air shite?"
(Heh...my lungs seem to be British...who knew? :D)
So yeah. Handcuffs? Straightjacket?? Anyone?? :mad:

Do you ever take walks around the neighborhood when you are feeling like you might smoke?
If you can get through this moment and try to redirect into some activity like head to the book store or call a friend. The moment will pass and if you can think of something to move you through it without the nicotine, youll be that much stronger on the other side.
