eleven years and a baby on the way
Today makes eleven years that Ms Uly and I have been married. I'll just say that I don't recommend a black, wool, double-breasted suit for June weddings in Georgia.

Also, those who are inclined to pray or rub lucky rabbits' feet are invited to do so - we're matched again with a birthmother who is due July 8th but thinks that the baby will come sooner, maybe within a week or two. We've met both her and the birthfather several times and it feels like it's really going to happen this time. :)

Mrs. Mclargehuge and me are approaching our 9th in September!

Hey, July 8th isn't too shabby a b-day... but if you could keep that little bundle in the birth mother for an additional 24 hours of cooking, he/she could be born on the best birthday of the year (for those already born)... July 9th! My birthday! My son was born on July 10th almost three years ago, we would have shared the 9th but his head kept bumping into Mrs. McLargehuge's cervix.

Again, congrats!!!! Please pass my good wishes onto Mrs. Uly!

I must confess that when I read your subject line, I was a little confused. At first glance I thought it was one of Matcom's weird news items of the day letting us know about some poor "eleven years (old girl) and (she's got) a baby on the way".

For all that we're 14 and 16 years older than the birthparents, we've got a lot in common with them and like them a lot. We're going to dinner at her parents' house Monday. :)

I hope it works out for you. Hubby and I were a few weeks short of our 5th when we got the call that we were going to be parents. Best decision we ever made!!
