I've hurt my knee

There goes my weekend :( The first one my husband has had off in a long time, and we had all kinds of things planned. Now I get to spend it lying on the couch with my leg propped up. I don't think it's broken because I can walk (hobble) on it without it being too agonizing. I came scooting around a corner rushing to a crying baby, and whacked it into a hard metal part jutting out of my exercise bike. It's the same knee I hurt over a year ago when I fell too hard on it.

This sucks. x(

3. You can try using hot and cold packs alternately ,and a little aspirin.

Maybe you can salvage Sunday. It`s worked for me, it helps but do not expect any miracles. ...Oscar
