Blake's attorney links Marlon Brando's son to killing

LOS ANGELES - Lawyers in the Robert
Blake case are battling over whether a
judge should hear testimony from a
woman.

The defense says she can implicate
Marlon Brando's son in the murder of
Blake's wife. Prosecutors are filing a
motion opposing the defense's bid to
take sworn testimony from the woman.

Blake's attorney says the woman,
Dianne Mattson, knows Christian
Brando and that she claims she overheard a conversation implicating
Brando in the killing.
